Booking Terms –

An easy and convenient way to pay and book your treatments online or in person. Please read everything below.

Information for new clients, such as preparing your home for bookings –  is available to read here. I kindly ask clients to ensure you have somewhere in your home to sit or lay comfortably for your treatment. Preferably with good lighting!

All treatments are performed on your chairs/sofas. Please allow space to set up. Due to COVID, you must provide your own mask. Only one client is allowed in your space

New Clients

It is advised that new clients do not use the online booking service before contacting first. This is to make sure you fully understand your treatment details and can ask any questions before going through to the payments. New customers should book here.

Minimum Spend

Due to the treatments being mobile, there is a minimum spend of £25. You can check this here.

Paying Online

Secured by PayPal

Paying online to book your treatments is safe and convenient way. We use the world known service ‘Paypal’
Your money is 100% protected by Paypal. If you don’t have a Paypal account you can still pay by card. Please note there is a 3.4% fee for making payments in full online, this is Paypals fee.

Paying with Cash
Cash is the preferred payment. You have the option to pay in cash on the time of your treatment. However if you live outside of 3 miles, you might be required to pay a deposit to secure your booking. Or if you have booked multiple treatments. You will be notified if a deposit is required and receive a deposit invoice. Only then will your treatment be confirmed.


Alternatively, you may pay for just your deposit online. The remaining balance will then be required in cash.

Deposits payable upon consultation/ booking (redeemable against the cost of treatment) with the balance due on the day of your appointment and top up. The deposit is non-refundable without exception. By paying the deposit you acknowledge the deposit is non-refundable.

Deposits are usually required for Semi Permanent Makeup, if you are a new customer or if you live out of the 3 miles area

Patch Test
You will need to have a patch test at least 48 hours prior to your first tinting or semi lashes treatment to ensure no allergy exists. If you have had any known eye disorders in the past, please discuss this with me at the time of booking.You will be required to sign a disclaimer if you opt out of a patch test.

Add a quick treatment

This feature is to enable you to add on a treatment with your main booking. The selection is from a choice of related services that don’t require a lot of time.
For example: If you book a lip wax at 2pm, one of your ‘quick treatment’ choices could be a Eyebrow Wax as this can be done within your booked slot.
If you require longer treatments such as a leg wax, then you will need to book a separate slot – or contact for any difficulties.

Cancellation Fee

We understand plans may change. However it takes preparation and a booking slot for your treatment. You may cancel your appointment but it requires 24hrs notice. All deposits are non refundable but can be used against your treatment. If you paid in full online and do not cancel your appointment within 24hrs then you will only receive a 75% refund.


Because of the nature of this treatment, we do not accept online bookings for semi permanent. You may however book a patch test to be delivered to you, or book a free consultation.

Why the added mileage and paypal fees?

Please be aware that having the ability to pay online and have the treatments in your own home requires Pop Parlour use extra services. The small fees help towards keeping the payment system running and the car driving.
